Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Hunterlist (hunterlist.app), a curated directory of digital products operated by Alexis Hill ("Hunterlist", "we"). By using the site or creating an account you accept them. Contact: contact@hunterlist.app.

1. The service

  • Hunterlist lets people discover digital products, and lets makers list them, gain visibility and see traffic statistics.
  • There are no upvotes: popularity is measured by real visits to product pages. The UP button moves a product back to the top positions.
  • We may change, pause or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. Accounts

  • You can sign in with email or Google. You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

3. Submitting products

  • Every product is reviewed manually before publication. We may accept, reject, edit, schedule, pause or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • You must have the right to promote the product you submit. Malware, scams, misleading, illegal or adult content are not allowed.
  • You grant Hunterlist a free, worldwide licence to display and promote the names, logos, images, videos and texts you submit, on the site and on our channels.
  • The real owner of a product can claim it or ask for its removal at any time by writing to us.

4. Statistics and fair use

  • Visit, click and impression figures are indicative and may include estimates; they are not a guarantee of results.
  • Bots, scripts, automated clicks or any attempt to manipulate visits, UP, rankings or statistics are forbidden and lead to removal without refund.
  • Scraping the site or reselling its data without permission is not allowed.

5. Paid services

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include the applicable VAT, calculated from your location.
  • Pro annual renews every year until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Pro lifetime is a one-time payment valid while Hunterlist operates.
  • Daily Ranking bids and advertising banners are subject to availability, review and the Advertising terms (/advertising-terms).
  • Because these are digital services delivered immediately, by purchasing you request immediate performance and accept losing the right of withdrawal once the service starts. Refunds are only given for rejected content or technical failures caused by us.

6. Third-party products

  • Hunterlist is a showcase. We are not responsible for the products listed, their content, availability, prices or any deal you make with their makers.

7. Intellectual property

  • The Hunterlist brand, design and code belong to their owner. Content submitted by users remains theirs.

8. Liability

  • The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Privacy

  • We process the data needed to run your account, payments and statistics, in line with the GDPR. We store a few cookies and local data to remember your preferences and visited products. You can ask to access or delete your data by writing to us.

10. Changes and law

  • We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.
  • These terms are governed by Spanish and EU law. Consumers keep the rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
